Stay Ahead of Any Service Need

The Printerpoint Customer Portal now offers a simple way for customers to request service or alert you to other equipment issues. Since the request is routed through Printerpoint, your help desk system or service techs automatically receive all the info needed, including:

  • Customer
  • Printer make and model
  • Serial number or Asset ID
  • Current total counter
  • Customer’s description of the issue
  • Any current service alerts reported by the printer
